Where did the time go? I know it’s only mid-August, but classes start on Monday for me already, so this is my last week of summer.
Well, I hope everyone had fun this summer, I know I personally went on two trips out of town, one to Florida for two weeks to see my dad, and one to Kansas City for 5 days to see some friends and relatives.
Anyone else take any good trips this summer?Â

Windows XP works wonderful…..provided you don’t touch it!
I decided to once again attempt to upgrade my desktop to Service Pack 2, since pretty much everything new that comes out needs it these days. Well, needless to say, it did not work out very well, causing more problems than it’s worth, so I attempted to roll it back, thus breaking more things in the process.
So, in an attempt to fix those things, I broke explorer, and it began crashing every 5 seconds or so, making it impossible to even perform a rollback. UGH! The good news is that all my important files were already on other drives, but it was clear that after 3 years on this PC, it would need to be reformatted.
